Also, many samples are available in hard copy only. Mark has substantial experience managing product development projects and providing associated administrative, technical and marketing services. Whether it's managing an aspect of product development, analyzing competitive products, writing specifications, creating marketing materials, documenting code or verifying that requirements are met, Mark has seen and done it before. As for the types of deliverables Mark creates, updates or produces, the list spans a broad range and includes brochures, primers, data sheets, success stories, slide presentations, application notes, white papers, manuals, guides, specifications, research reports, tutorials or help screens, use cases, . Mark has experience describing and documenting both software and hardware, as well as components, subsystems, complete systems and finished products. Typically Mark works with either the marketing or the engineering department. His proven process starts with a written proposal that outlines tasks, establishes firm deadlines and helps to manage expectations. Then regular written status reports are used to clearly document progress to date, specify work to be undertaken in the future and summarize issues and questions to be addressed. The client is kept informed and the project stays on track. |
